We're partnering with a growing and innovative organization seeking a hands-on Accountant to oversee key accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger activities.

? Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor communications, and expense reports
? Oversee Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and aging analysis
? Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP while ensuring accuracy of deductions, benefits, taxes, and employee records
? Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and assist with month-end and year-end close
? Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting for leadership
? Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation management
? Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and support business operations
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
? 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting
? Strong payroll experience utilizing ADP (required)
? Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
? Experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end close
? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
? Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with various teams
? Experience in healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
? Exposure to NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems
? Knowledge of compliance reporting and audit support
